I’m proactive, and I believe communication, honesty, and trust are essential for any project to succeed. I always plan tasks carefully, as I believe good work takes time and dedication.

When challenges arise, my approach is to accept them and look for solutions. I see mistakes and experience as valuable learning opportunities. Working under pressure is not an issue for me, as I tend to set high standards for myself, creating my own internal pressure.
